Election of Pavel Akimov to the Board of AECEF
On November 19, 2021, an online meeting of the General Assembly of The Association of European Civil Engineering Faculties (AECEF) was held. As a result of voting by the participants of the General Assembly, the Rector of MGSU Pavel A. Akimov was elected to the Board of AECEF.
The Association was founded in 1992 and today unites the Universities of Eastern, Central and Western Europe, as well as Canada. It is one of the most authoritative associations of higher educational institutions that train specialists in the field of civil engineering. The goals of AECEF are to establish contacts, exchange views and experience in scientific and pedagogical activities between civil engineering universities and civil engineering departments of technical universities.
